Do you have meat that you’d like to turn into delicious sausages or smoked pork sausage (isterband)? Bring your meat to us at Kristians, and we’ll make sure to deliver a great final product.

We process pork, beef, lamb, moose, roe deer, venison, reindeer, and wild boar.

Farm shops

If you plan to sell your sausages made from your own meat directly to consumers through your farm shop, the following applies:

For pork, beef, and lamb, special regulations apply. The meat must be slaughtered/butchered at an approved facility, known as an 853-establishment, otherwise we cannot accept it.

Private individuals

If you submit wild boar meat, it must be tested for trichinosis.

We offer grill sausages, chorizo seasoned to your preferences, knackwurst, beer sausage, cold-smoked game ham, Krakauer, and salami.

The price varies depending on the type of sausage, ranging between 100-150 SEK/kg. The production is tailored to your specific preferences regarding meat, texture, and flavor.

Our facilities are fully equipped to receive and handle all meat submitted, allowing us to offer something special for both hunters and other customers. The meat should be boneless, cut down, and preferably frozen. We accept pieces from 3 kg and smaller.
For wild boar meat, a trichinosis test is required.
